Covid-19

Bookings Temporarily Unavailable

The health and safety of our surfing community – our competitors, participants, officials, coaches, volunteers and supporters is paramount. As such, Surfing Western Australia has made the decision that as of close of business Friday (March 20th) the Surfing WA Surf School will cease all operations and will not be taking any bookings for future lessons – until further notice.

We will work with individuals and group clients to ensure refunds/credits are provided. We will also be working with all of our casual staff to ensure additional support and resources are provided

As an organisation, we would like to inform and reassure our members and broader Surfing WA community that we are closely monitoring the continuous updates regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the WA State Government, Department of Local Government, Sports and Cultural Industries and multiple other agencies with whom we interact.

Our staff and board have met numerous times to determine our best course of action, based on the professional advice we have received and with the health and wellbeing of all students and staff in mind it was a decision not made lightly but ultimately we feel it is the best course of action to take.

We thank you for your support and understanding at this time.
